[arm-allstar] Connected Message

I am stumped.
I created a new "Connected" message and replaced
/var/lib/asterisk/sounds/connected.gsm with my own connected sound file.
If I go to the Asterisk CLI and enter: rpt localplay 12345 connected, I
hear my new connected message. Great!
Now, I use my Grandstream IP Phone and dial up my node. I still hear the
old Connected Message. I've restarted Asterisk and rebooted the Raspberry
Pi.
I noticed this:
in /etc/asterisk/extensions.conf there is this command:
exten=>12345,n,Playback(rpt/connected)
I tried creating a different name for my connected message and changed the
above line to:
exten=>12345,n,Playback(rpt/connectednew)
That resulted in no connect message at all being heard. It seems that you
must have rpt/connected in there.
Where is Allstar finding the old Connected.gsm file?
