[arm-allstar] HamVoIP node Update problems

Hi Everyone,

I've gotten reports from a few users that they are getting errors like the 
following, when trying to apply this latest update:

error: extract: not overwriting dir with file /usr/local/sbin/supermon
error: problem occurred while upgrading hamvoip-supermon
error: could not commit transaction
error: failed to commit transaction (transaction aborted)
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.


This problem seems to occur mostly on systems where the Supermon2 web
package has been installed. Some Supermon2 support scripts were placed in
folders that belong to HamVoIP maintained packages, which is a conflict.  

I was unaware of this issue until today and will release another update
shortly to resolve these conflicts.
