[arm-allstar] New repeater linking issue

Hi Larry. All the local and external addresses are the same before and
after the router change and I have made no changes to anything. The only
connections defined there are for the two local nodes plus the Echolink
node. The other repeater gets connected externally when they are linked.
That external one is the one not working. Below are the nodes definitions.

Tom,
By chance with the new router... Have you hard coded the Nodes section of
the External or Internal Nodes with info that may have changed when the new
Router was installed.?
