[arm-allstar] Check your echolink settings!

Hi Jim,

The big problem is with the lat, lon, power, height, gain and dir 
parameters.

The default lat and lon are for a location in Pennsylvania. This is 
causing problems in the echolink database, due to a large number of 
numbers who haven't changed the default location. There are several simple 
ways to get your approximate lat / lon..... For example, you can go to: 
https://www.google.com/maps ...Then, navigate to your locations and "right 
click" in the area of your location. The lan, lon should show up at the 
top of the pop-up menu.

The second issue is that the default power and height parameters are 
invalid! the power, height, gain and dir parameters must be single digits, 
0 thru 9, such as found in this chart:

I've updated the default /etc/asterisk/echolink.xxx file to reflect these 
changes...Current echolink users need to confirm their parameters 
currently in use are correct as well.
