[arm-allstar] Pi4 B & HDMI console?

Hi folks,
I'm new to this mailing list and to Allstar; but not new to RaspPI. Been working with Raspberry PI since the first PI was released. But I'm having issues with booting the RPi2/RPi2-3-4_V1.6-01_Allstar.img image and the HDMI output. Works just fine if I flash/boot with Raspbian Buster.But when I flash with the Allstar image, I don't get HDMI console.
I checked the MD5 checksum and it matches...so know that the local image / copy I'm using at least matches.
I went in and tweaked the config.txt & cmdline.txt so that I can at least connect to the UART/console and do some initial configuration. But before I go in and start trying to troubleshoot the HDMI issue...is this a known issue with this image?
