[arm-allstar] HamVoIP Registration Key

Hi Seth,

Node numbers and passwords are linked together. So, node 50363 is not 
equivalent to node 503630.  That's comparable to entering a username of 
john vs. entering johnny; different names.

I'll send you an updated registration statement for node 503630.
