[arm-allstar] Remote commands disabled

I'm trying to use remote commands to connect to Echolink. The node
hearing the DTMF is 1999, and the node that needs to connect to Echolink
is 50191. 1999 and 50191 are connected on startup.

Using DTMF I send *450191. The "By you command" plays. Again using DTMF,
I send *33XXXXXX to connect to an Echolink node. Watching the Asterisk
on 50191 every DTMF digit throws an error:
(date & time) WARNING[19395]: app_rpt.c:11732 handle_link_data: DTMF
commands disabled! link string: D 50191 1999 (# where # is the serial
number of digits in the string, starting with 0) then the DTMF digit sent.

I'm assuming this is something in rpt.conf but I don't see anything there.

Any suggestions?
