[arm-allstar] How to disconnect node when Echolink connects

You could use the connpgm and discpgm settings in rpt.conf to launch a
script to handle that. Your node number and the remote node number are
passed as variables.

You would just need some logic in there to test if the remote is an
echolink node, then execute the asterisk commands to connect or disconnect
your specific node.
