[arm-allstar] USB Cell Modems

I'm not asking about the VPN feature. Believe me, I know how to use
OpenVPN, I have a couple nodes already set up and these nodes will also be
on a VPN. I'm asking about USB modems that will work with the software
natively without any trouble. I don't want anything external to the Pi if I
can avoid it, just something plugged into USB so that the Pi powers it and
minimizes our power draw. Otherwise I'll get one of the cheap modems from
Mikrotik and use it.
