Hi Dave,

I've used the "socat" utility to perform this functionality in the past.

To install the socat software on the HamVoIP end, use:

pacman -S socat


For MS Windows, I've used this version with Win7.  I haven't tried 
this code under later releases, like Win10.

I sure there are other solutions out there, too.
