[arm-allstar] Virtual com port Raspberry Pi Hamvoip

I use a Comtrol Device Master software on my windows computer to access a
Comtrol Device Master box, serial com port, at a remote site with a vpn
router
to run programming software on the radio attached to the Comtrol device. I
need to be able to tell my windows laptop software that it needs to connect
to Com Port 1, or 2,3,4 which will be the remote raspberry usb to serial
adapter hopefully.
Since I have installed and used the Hamvoip VPN software and how nice it
works, is there something I can use to present the USB to Serial adapter I
have plugged in to my remote Raspberry Pi 3 B Plus. I can see the usb to
serial device.

i need to bring that back to my windows computer as a virtual com port.
