[arm-allstar] Redefining the NTP source

Dan,

If you want to disable it while you figure out if you want a RTC, then you
will have to select option 9 Start Bash Shell interface.

When you see # type this:

crontab -e

Then place a # in front of the line that says saytime.pl

then hit Ctrl+O to write out aka save the file. Then Ctrl+x to exit.
