[arm-allstar] Problems connecting through Comcast internet

After losing my Comcast router/modem after a lightning hit, I'm having 
trouble reconnecting through Comcast.  I've implemented the port 
forwarding, changed out the computer, tried using a backup copy of my 
software, turned off the router firewall and still can't get in..  I 
can't connect through SSH either.  Anyone have problem with Comcast 
connection that could provide some advice?
