[arm-allstar] Playnews + crontab

I have installed playnews and it all works when I have it play now from the command line. So I wanted to do the next step and have it put in the crontab and have it scheduled to play that way. but have not been able to get it to work.
I put in30 08 * * 6 /etc/asterisk/playnews/playnews ARRL 08:45 543920 G &> /dev/null 2>&130 11 * * 0 /etc/asterisk/playnews/playnews ARN 12:00 543920 G &> /dev/null 2>&1
this is how the docs said to do it, But nether worked.what is wrong?
