[arm-allstar] Voip phone setup?

1. dedicated to connecting to an AllStar node
(This is the part I am seeking info for)


2.  a fully-functional phone extension
(I have a # with voip.ms that is unused- found the setup info for that)

Phone has 3 lines. 2 can be config to outside sources - one is for internal ext only.

I’m very noob on this so don’t understand most of the terminology.
