[arm-allstar] Voip phone setup?

Hi Allen,

How are you wanting to use the SPA303??  For example: using the SPA303
basically like IAXRpt would be used, dedicated to connecting to an AllStar
node, or using it as a fully-functional phone extension which can
originate/terminate POTS or VoIP phone calls?

...Or, both?
