It turns out that the pull-filter ... option was causing a problem in my
installation. I removed it from my node config file and everything now
works between the node and win10 clients. I do have the
client-to-client option in the server config file. I had the
pull-filter option near the bottom of the node config file just above
verb. Where in the option list is your pull-filter placed? I believe
the options are applied in order from top to bottom.

I do have a similar issue with OpenVPN on my Synology NAS box at home, but it isn't too great an issue as everything I need to access is on the same LAN at home as the NAS, so I haven't gotten around to looking at it further.

(Eg: I can't get to the mobile broadband router that the remote Allstar node is connected to on IP 192.168.0.254). I was doing some reading of the OpenVPN forums and have one or two things to try. I do find the OpenVPN docs quite technical, whereas the OpenVPN forums are a bit easier to get an understanding from others who have experienced similar issues.
