[arm-allstar] Image issue

Don,

I have an updated HamVoIP image, which resolves the boot issue with RPi4B, 
version 1.4 boards. I'll try to complete this new image this weekend.  

I've not had much time recently, dealing with emergency family issues.

I'll post more details about the updated firmware to this list.
