[arm-allstar] Echolink Broken?

Actually this problem occurs mostly when someone launches their EchoLink
program and instantly tries to connect to something.  If you see an
Unauthorized message when you know you are normally Authorized, just wait a
half a minute or so without exiting the EchoLink program and connect
again.  More than 9 out of 10 times this second connect will be successful!
