[arm-allstar] DTMF node connection not working

My system has 3 nodes that connect at startup: one receiver, one 
transmitter and one transceiver for linking. Repeater functions are all 
fine. DTMF decoding on both receivers works fine every time according to 
the Asterisk CLI.

All systems are up-to-date with the latest HamVoip code. No changes have 
been made to the function stanzas since the install.

*70 on both receivers reports status just fine.

Using Supermon to connect to a remote node works great.

If I send *3(5 digit node #) results in no reaction- no voice, nothing.

What am I missing?
