[arm-allstar] New to Allstar. Problem connecting to certain nodes

Greetings,

I am new to this group and Allstar in general.

I just finished building my first Allstar node. I am using version
1.6-11 on a Pi 3A+ with an ARA-1 from George and a Baofeng 888 modified
for low power. The node is working well locally and can consistently
connect to certain nodes but not to others. For instance, I can always
connect to WA3DSP node 29014, but I can not connect to the WAN-RS Hub
at 2035 or the parrot at 42565. The error I am getting is:
