I tried different levels in the telemnomdb and the telemduckdb and it made no difference. The levels you gave in the example are the default levels and that is where I have them. I checked all the soundlevels in the simpleusb and all is correct there. Not sure what else to do. It workrd fine and without warning the audio just went to a very low level.
