[arm-allstar] Voice announcements to weak to hear.

I've been running a node using Hamvoip and a DMK URI and up to now it has worked fine. But all of a sudden the announcement volume became very low almost unreadable. I can pass DTMF and my transmit audio is fine. I just cannot hear when someone connects.
