[arm-allstar] Courtesy Tone Question

Sorry if this is covered somewhere and I missed it...


Where can I find a simple list of the various tones, ct1, ct2, etc. etc. 
and in which situation each will be heard?


In the Courtesy Tone How To PDF from the hamvoip site, I do see a 
mention of CT2 and CT8, but many of the others remain a mystery.


Again, sorry if I missed something obvious, but I would like this 
information, as a relative beginner. Others would too, probably.
