[arm-allstar] write failure

Two things. One is lasting longer. I exclusively use Sandisk cards here.
Probably 40 or 50 over time and I have never had one go bad. Corruption can
take place but that does not mean a card is bad. Also 40+ seconds to boot??
I am not sure what the system or card was but I have never seen a Pi take
that long to boot.
For the errors you are getting... I would go ahead and try it out. See if
it boots and works. It is possible the verify is not working correctly.
Also win32diskimager is not the only writer out there. I believe Windows
itself has a image writer and there are others you can download. Try a
different one and see what results you get.
