[arm-allstar] Linking repeater and node

You said to  turn OFF
the courtesy tone in rpt.conf - nounkeyct=1.  Ok If I do that the node will no longer PTT.  The COS LED comes on when signal received but will not transmit unless I turn it back on.  I have  a Brian node with 888 radio.  Tried in both Brians I have and they act the same.
The hangtime delay change did help the ping pong very much.

Another thing is with the ID it is transmitting every 10 minutes whether there is activity or not. Would like it to be quiet unless activity.
