[arm-allstar] "Repeat Only Mode"

If I was to guess, it’s not decoding DTMF correctly. You aren’t getting a
response for any sort of connection failures. Also check your Allstar log
and make sure it is seeing the correct IP address for your node.
I would try to connect from the CLI or from Supermon, and if you receive a
“Connection failed” error, you’re having an issue with the NAT setup. I had
that happen when using Unreal Mobile (on AT&T’s network) where it would
register from one WAN IP but try connecting with another.
