[arm-allstar] FW: HF control

Les,

Not sure what HF radio you're trying to control. I'd suggest using 
squelch as a COR and connect it to the CTCSS input. Adjust the squelch 
as needed. If it's a newer radio, you may be able to send DTMF commands 
to adjust the squelch as needed.
