Many thanks for all the suggestions re. my portable repeater controller.  I
found that a new image solved my problems except *81 and *82 commands and
time announcements.  Apparently there is a separate volume adjustment for
these as they are very distorted.  *80 works well as does the repeat
audio.  Guess I must have too many 1's and not enough 0"s in on my chip.
(HaHa).  Thanks again.
