Ok, So it looks like COS is working. You need to set it so it shows KEYED
with RX and CLEAR otherwise.
I think the next thing you need to do is determine if you actually have
audio coming from the repeater to the FOB. You could use an audio amplifier
or a scope to see. Then you can determine if the problem is the repeater or
the FOB. You should be feeding audio to the FOB on pin 21 - mic in. This
is effected by the item B boost command and item 2 level.
