[arm-allstar] Is port forwarding required?

Allstar will work with phone hotspots outbound without any port forwarding
the same as it would on wifi or wired Internet assuming you are
registering. You won't be able to accept incoming calls because there is no
way to port forward.

If outgoing calls are not working you need to give us more information
about what is happening when you try to connect. Do you get any response?
Do you hear beeps? Do you get a connection fail?

Also are you getting a valid IP address when you connect? You can hear your
IP address with the DTMF *A1 over the radio - Are you registering? You can
check this by ssh'ing in and executing the script check-reg.sh at the Linux
bash prompt. If you are unable to do that DTMF *A5 will tell you
registration status over the radio,
