[arm-allstar] not connecting to certain nodes - node table database file

I was able to connect to 2585 on my HV node. This only tells me that it
isn't a code issue inside HV. Sure, you could have something corrupted on
your card, but it would be very unlikely to only affect a couple of nodes
you connect to. It would disrupt most if not all of them. Just my thoughts.
One small trick that has worked for me in the past (and I have no proof
this fixes it but has been successful 3 times so far) is to shut down your
node overnight. (at least 3 hours) This will cause you to drop off the
nodes list and when you power back on, you get re-added.
My mild suspicion is the ASL images are not updating the IP address of your
node, in their file..... but a full drop off and back on the list, seems to
get the update out in the world of non DNS.
Worth a try if the guys don't have a better idea for you. Good luck
