[arm-allstar] GPS as time source

I can see my GPS receiver is working using "gpsmon" and "cgps -s", and that
the gps is on port "dev/ttyACM0".
Seeking advice on how to specify the gpsd parameters in order to use the
GPS to provide time to the system in absence of network connectivity.
Apologies for requesting details on how to do this. I have read and re-read
"man gpsd", and information at GPSD project sites and simply don't have the
programming experience or expertise to connect the dots in using the GPS
data as a time source in Hamvoip.
