[arm-allstar] Speaker only Node

Kevin,

 The internal audio out only on the Pi is not supported but all you would
need to do is connect an unmodified FOB and connect the audio out to
whatever you want to drive. You don't need COS, PTT for monitoring. They
would just be ignored.
