Darrell,DCARA which I am a member off, uses a voting system across the complete network along with Allstar. Andrew Koenig KE5GDB design and built the voting system. Send him a message on QRZ. If we had him when we designed GE voting system, it would of been light years before its time.David KG5RDF

Now we have a muchlarger TX footprint then RX footprint. Mostly due to changes in theterrain. We have spare receivers and was going to place them on therepeater input freq and have them link back to the repeater node. Do weneed any special voter software or will allstar sort itself out if thesignal is coming in from a satellite receiver and the main receiver also. Iwould think you want allstar to pick the strongest or most complete packetsignal.-- Darrell Black(517) 917-2226GigaHacker at gmail.comhttp://www.linkedin.com/in/darrellblack73 de W8DSB"In God we trust, all others we monitor"GMRS WRDE739_______________________________________________ARM-allstar mailing listARM-allstar at hamvoip.orghttp://lists.hamvoip.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/arm-allstarVisit the BBB and RPi2/3/4 web page - http://hamvoip.org
