[arm-allstar] Is port forwarding required?

You could use a VPN, or if you have access to another node that allows 
incoming connections, you can set that node up as a proxy for your 
restricted node. Then all inbound and outbound traffic to or from that 
node will be forwarded through the proxy. Thus, you only need an 
outbound connection to receive incoming connections via the proxy node.
