[arm-allstar] New to Allstar. Problem connecting to certain nodes

Karl,

  Good to hear your registration is OK.  The problem with 2135 is obviously
at their end. We are working with them to hopefully fix that problem but
your way of finding an alternate connect basically solves the problem for
now.
