[arm-allstar] New to Allstar. Problem connecting to certain nodes

Thanks for everyone's help. Doug, I added the hamvoip registration
command you sent me as instructed. Running the script check_reg.sh
verifies that I am registered at both hamvoip and ASL.

The node has been running version 1.6-11 on a Pi 3A+ well now for about
a week, I still can not connect to 2135. However, I can connect to
27672 which is the 441.700 repeater on the same network. I am not sure
if that is ok to do, but it does work. I have no problem connecting to
29014.

The Baofeng 888 with the finals removed has plenty of power for a home
node. It is full scale everywhere in the house and draws only 100mA @
4V transmitting. Running a solid ground between the radio and the Pi
eliminated any hum.
