[arm-allstar] run a cop command via script

Justin,

In the /etc/asterisk/rpt.conf file, add the command(s) to your [functions] 
stanza. Here is an example:

[functions]
982=cop,2
983=cop,3


....With these functions, the DTMF command *982 runs cop,2 and *983 runs 
cop,3.
