[arm-allstar] expired certificate error when running ddns api

I use a ddns in the event that my private hamvoip node ip moves. To keep 
it current I use the ddns suggested curl command in a cron entry and it 
has worked fine for a couple of years.  Recently I noticed errors in the 
linux log indicating error 60 expired certificate every time the curl 
was called in the cron along with failed update to the ddns.  Suggested 
solutions in the log error message are that the name changed or the cert 
expired.

Should I update the CA certs bundle and if so how is that done? I know 
the hamvoip dns is in the works to include private nodes.
