[arm-allstar] Enabling port 4569?

Are you able to see the status of your wan connection on the Arris? Looking
for the IP address assigned to it from your ISP. If it’s an RFC1918 IP
address, there’s your problem. Some ISPs conserve IP addresses by NATing
customers behind one IP. If it is a Public IP, go in google and do a search
for “what is my IP address” and find a site that shows you the IP address
that they see as you. If it differs from the IP address you find on your
WAN port on your Arris, then your ISP is still NATing you for some reason.
I specifically ran into that last scenario last week with a cellular
provider. The cellular modem did grab a public IP, but it was not
accessible from the outside because the provider NATs us.
