Sorry, I didn't mean to sound exclusionary.


And, to hams in  Quebec, I would attempt some French if my French was up 
to it. However, I only took it up to grade 9, and that was some 28 years 
ago now.


The net is open to anyone, but Canadian hams are the focus.
