[arm-allstar] Radio-less node

So as not to confuse the issue, this is a node I will use to access my 
remote base, and the allstar network, not a hub.

I have a pi3 running hamvoip software connected to a Masters 
Communications RA-25.

I have discovered I have no idea what I'm doing. The pi looks like it is 
working correctly, the RA-25 has a heartbeat, but I can't seem to key 
it. ( no PTT LED)

I know I have no idea now, I have seen others have built basically the 
same thing, however I have seen no operational instruction ?

Any suggestions
