[arm-allstar] PTT interrupt

I have an external PL decoder board that decodes 1 of 5 PL possibilities 
to indicate which RF linked repeater is transmitting to my main site. 
The main site uses an Allstar Raspberry Pi controller. I plan on 
connecting each discrete output to a Raspberry PI I/O. I would like to 
change the courtesy tone, depending no which GPIO is active (LOW). Is 
there a way of using the PTT signal as an interrupt to run a script to 
redefine the courtesy tone?
