[arm-allstar] Wunderground now IBM and new API for wx_conditions.sh

David,

 I had not been following this and I did not realize it had changed so I
quickly looked at it. It would be easy to do and I will look at doing it
but the problem is getting an API for the Pi.  API's are based on what you
are using to ask for the data. I was able to bring up my data for my two
weather stations in firefox but the API does not work on the Pi. So somehow
yet to be determined I need to get the api code when using the Pi as the
same code used with firefox in Ubuntu does not seem to work. If you have
been able to get an API for the Pi let me know. It also is apparently
limited to owners of attached weather stations.
