[arm-allstar] DCS through an Allstar node

Any possibility of programming the Quantar with multiple channels, where
the frequencies are the same, but PL/DCS differs??  Then, select the
channel via GPIO?  This is probably the best plan, if practical.

It's possible that PL/DCS will propagate through an RPi running simpleusb. 
As for whether it would be usable??? ...Doubtful, but could be tried.

There isn't currently a way to generate differing PL tones directly from 
the AllStar software.
