[arm-allstar] DCS through an Allstar node

Hello everyone. 
I'd like to take my repeater off the network and go local from time to time
to call a friend using selective calling. 
My Quantar repeater isn't able to transmit a different PL tone (preferred)
when switched to local only as the PL tone
is generated by the repeater, not my Allstar Pi.  

If I program my mobile radio to transmit a DCS signal when talking to the
repeater, will the DCS signal pass through the 
Filters in the Pi and repeater and allow those signals to wake up my
friend's radio? 

Alternatively can the Pi be programmed to emit a different PL tone when in
local only mode? I know the courtesy
tone can be made to mimic a PL tone, but it would need to be continuous
rather than at just the end of the transmission.
