[arm-allstar] G7RPG MicroHub and Unknown Wi-Fi

I'm not familiar with the Microhub device but if your unit has bluetooth 
serial support (Rpi Zero-W, 3, 3+, or 4 have support built-in) or 
alternatively connect a USB to Bluetooth serial adapter to the Pi, you 
could then use a bluetooth serial terminal program on a smart phone.  
 From there, you could log into the Pi's serial console and configure 
things via the commands line.
