Chris,
Assuming it is using the standard Hamvoip software the wifi option in the
main menu (item 7) allows you to program an SSID either by scanning or by
manually entering. Then you enter the pass phrase. Of course you need a way
to do that so initially you would need to use a monitor and keyboard or
Ethernet connection to log in.
