[arm-allstar] Pi3 All Star Repeater Controller

I'm using 2 Motorola M1225's (45 watt running at 18 watts & fans) with a
duplexer as a portable suite case repeater.  I was using a homemade
controller with simple interface no amplification.  No problems.  Using a
Pi3 set to duplex=2, the repeat audio is great with settings 2 to 425 and 3
to 350.  If I use a voltage divider to the TX radio wont I be reducing both
the repeat and all other audio ie *73XXXX ?  I did lower 2 to 300 with the
dtmf still not working.  I read some ware of a setting to reduce the ID
level but can't find this in my notes and not sure this will also correct
the dtmf problem.  Since the repeat audio is ok and the ID is distorted and
the DTMF not working, I think something common to levels other than 2 & 3
might be the answer ?  Unfortunately, I'm not good on Pi's yet.  still
learning.  TX deviation is set to 4.5 khz with a mic and this level is the
same with repeat audio.  Thanks for your help.  73's
